Meet Jason Winner-M.A.OM.L.A-c

Born and raised in rural suburban Philadelphia, Jason originally had aspirations to be a chef. He started working in local restaurants learning the trade. During that time he began the self study  herbs and the science of food and cooking. After graduating high school he continued to learn the natural healing methods of food and herbs as a hobby. Then one day a coworker suggested he should take some courses at community college on those subjects. Those studies grew into becoming a Bio-Chemistry major at Temple University. While in college he started tp practice Judo and Ju Jitsu for exercise and began learning eastern concepts of the body. It didn't take long for him to see how all his interests were going in one direction. So, with a desire for doing something different, he moved to California and enrolled in Chinese Medicine school. While attending The Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine he had the opportunity to study in Japan. He became an experimental exchange student between Osaka College of Acupuncture and Moxibustion ( now Morinomia University ) and Santa Barbara. After graduating in 1998 Jason moved back to Pennsylvania and began his first humble private practice. Today he has evolved into working in the "multimodal" approach to health and healing. Also, he does continue to table in the culinary arts.

It is used to increased effectiveness of the needles by continuous stimulation of the acupoint. Effects can include endorphin release for pain relief, reduction of inflammation, increased blood circulation, analgesia through interruption of pain stimulus and muscle relaxation.

It is indicted to treat chronic pain conditions, radiating pain along a nerve pathway, muscle spasms, inflammation, scar tissue pain and pain located in multiple sites.
